This allows us enough time to prepare and order the necessary amount of food and supplies to ensure that your guests are satisfied. Providing alcohol service requires a special license and strict adherence to state laws. Since we are a catering company and not a licensed alcohol provider, we do not offer alcohol service. This not only ensures that we are operating within legal boundaries but also allows our clients to have control over the types and amounts of alcohol being served at their event. Additionally, we do not provide bartenders as we specialize in food service and want to ensure that our staff is focused solely on providing exceptional culinary experiences for our clients. However, we are happy to recommend licensed and experienced bartending services for our clients to ensure their event is a success.

At Fireside Catering Co., we believe in providing exceptional service and ensuring that our customers are completely satisfied with our catering services. The standard gratuity in the food industry is 18%, but we believe in leaving that up to the client. We do not include gratuity in our quotes. Our staff works hard and is dedicated to exceeding your expectations. Any gratuity is entirely at your discretion and can be given to the catering manager on-site the day of your event if you want to gift the staff for a job well done. We provide professional and experienced event staff for your catering needs, including servers, chefs, and event managers. The number of staff provided will depend on the size and complexity of your event. We charge a separate fee for staff, which is $10 a guest to add having family-style or plated dinner service with one professional server for every three dinner tables with serving, bussing, and clearing tables. Rest assured, our team is highly skilled and dedicated to ensuring your event runs smoothly from start to finish.

Yes, we do provide dinner service items including plates, glasses, napkins, flatware, linens, and more. Our team will work with you to customize your event's needs and ensure that every detail is taken care of. We charge: $13.00 a guest to add full glass china which includes; a dinner plate, salad plate, appetizer plate, dessert plate, dinner knife, steak knife, dinner, salad and dessert fork, spoon, teaspoon, Water goblet, champagne flute, wine glass, beverage glass, coffee/tea mug, and linen napkin. Set-up, clean-up, and return are included in this price, a delivery fee may apply and additional pieces may be rented at cost. $8.00 a guest to add basic glass china which includes: dinner plate, dinner knife, dinner fork, spoon, linen napkin, and water or wine goblet. Yes, we do require a deposit in order to secure your event date. It is 50% or $500, whichever is less to hold the date. The deposit will be applied towards your final bill which is due, in full, one week before your event. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation less than two months prior to your event. We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes.
