Apple or Cherry Pie

Becca's Bakery combines family recipes, local ingredients and all-butter crust to create some of the best pies we've ever tasted. Loaded with mounds of hand-peeled Granny Smith apples or delicious tart cherries, and sprinkled with sugar and spice, Becca's pies are the perfect blend of tart and sweet – and the hand-rolled double crust practically melts in your mouth. Serve the slices cold, room temperature or warmed in the oven, with a dollop of whipped cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
 
9 inch diameter pie serves 8-10 guests
 
Ingredients:
Apples or cherries, sugar, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, butter, salt.
