Pumpkin Cheesecake

This pumpkin cheesecake might just be the best thing ever. It’s made with a layer of vanilla cheesecake topped with a classic pumpkin pie filling. It all sits on top of a buttery shortbread crust and is finished with fluffy whipped cream swirls.  Now you don't have to choose between the pumpkin pie and cheesecake.  You can have both!
 
10 inch in diameter serves 10-12 guests
 
Ingredients:
Shortbread cookie crumbs, sugar, butter, pumpkin puree, eggs, brown sugar, pumpkin pie spices, salt, cornstarch, whipping cream, milk, cream cheese, flour, sour cream, vanilla, powdered sugar, cinnamon.
